We personalize your necklace within 24 to 72 hours (Monday to Friday) of your order. Please note that during busy periods, this time may be slightly extended.
Your order will then be carefully packed and handed over to the carrier. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to confirm that your order has been dispatched. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way!
We will deliver your order to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and, where applicable, that someone is available to accept or sign for the delivery at the selected delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by anyone other than the recipient.
Don't worry if you don't see any updates in the first few days, the tracking system sometimes takes a day or more to update.
If your order does not arrive within 12 working days, please contact us so that we can make arrangements with the carriers.
