CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the nature of the product, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or return custom orders. We only offer exchanges.

 

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you wish to return a product, you can send an e-mail to our team at the following address [email protected] indicating your name and order number, as well as the reason why you wish to return it.

Our customer service department will then ask you a few mandatory questions about your return in order to avoid abuse.

You can return a product within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned goods in the original form of payment.

If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept it provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will issue a credit for the amount spent on arrival, or we will make the exchange for you.

Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution.

*If you decide to return your item(s), you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

*All products are guaranteed for life.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation is possible if your order was placed before 23:00 CET on the same day. After this time, all orders enter the preparation process, the information is frozen and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
